SOLIDWORKS Tech Tip: Repair Sketch

Let’s take a look at a topic that impacts each and every model you build – sketching. Sketching is the basis of modeling in SOLIDWORKS and a skill set you should keep as sharp as possible. It’s also one I think we all tend to take for granted now and then. While I worked technical support, I was often surprised by how many issues I encountered that were rooted in the sketch, especially ones that were quickly discovered and corrected with some of the Sketch Tools available to you like: Check Sketch for Feature, Repair Sketch, and SketchXpert. I’ll be discussing some sketching tools, tips, and tricks I hope make your time spent sketching more enjoyable! Please take a few minutes and try them out!
