Alternatively log into the SOLIDWORKS Customer Portal at https://customerportal.solidworks.com and click Download Software and Updates to access the update. You will need your SOLIDWORKS Customer Portal login details to download SOLIDWORKS. If you don’t have an account click here to create one. You will need your SOLIDWORKS software Serial Number to “Register my products“.

- SOLIDWORKS 2020 server products are not supported on Windows Server 2012 R2. SOLIDWORKS 2020 is the last version that will supported on Windows 7 SP1.
- SOLIDWORKS 2019 is not supported on Windows 8.1 and will not install. SOLIDWORKS 2019 server products are not supported on Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2012.
