How can you get diameter annotation orientations?<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

In order to display a diameter callout as linear dimension and place it straightaway while creating the callout, you can follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Create a section view from the MBD toolbar<\/li>
  2. Save it with the options \u201cView Orientation\u201d and \u201cDrawing annotation view\u201d enabled.<\/li>
  3. Right click on \u201cAnnotations\u201d in DimXpert Manger and select \u201cInsert Annotation view\u201d<\/li>
  4. Create a new Annotation view based on the orientation of the saved section view<\/li>
  5. Start a \u201cSize dimension\u201d from the MBD toolbar and select one of the hole edges in the section view<\/li>
  6. As a result, you will place directly linear callout dimension, parallel to the hole axis<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
