The template editor is a place to change the layout of the PDF. Saving to the default folder, gives you this error message:<\/p>\n<p><center><a class=\"zoomLink cboxElement\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.solidworks.com\/tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/4Saving-error.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8369 size-large colorbox-8362\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.solidworks.com\/tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/4Saving-error-615x429.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 615px) 100vw, 615px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/blogs.solidworks.com\/tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/4Saving-error-615x429.jpg 615w, http:\/\/blogs.solidworks.com\/tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/4Saving-error-300x209.jpg 300w, http:\/\/blogs.solidworks.com\/tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/4Saving-error.jpg 722w\" alt=\"4Saving error\" width=\"615\" height=\"429\" \/><\/a><\/center>This is because the default folder is for predefined templates made by SOLIDWORKS. Instead, make a new folder to save to your hard drive. Select \u201cBrowse\u201d then \u201cMake New Folder\u201d. To change custom properties, locate the \u201cFile Properties\u201d button from the SOLIDWORKS interface next to \u201cOptions\u201d and fill in the text fields.
