There may however be times when you want to exclude items from your Pack and Go, such as files that are included in the SOLIDWORKS Design Library.<\/p>\n<p>This video will guide you through the workflow to exclude Library Parts, however similar workflow could be used to exclude other information.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/vJgcFBKF49E?rel=0\" width=\"853\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Accessing Pack and Go<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"listitem\">In SOLIDWORKS, click <span class=\"menucascade\"><span class=\"uicontrol\">File<\/span> &gt; <span class=\"uicontrol\">Pack and Go<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"listitem\">In Windows Explorer or SOLIDWORKS Task Pane <span class=\"uicontrol\">File Explorer<\/span>, right-click a SOLIDWORKS document and select <span class=\"menucascade\"><span class=\"uicontrol\">SOLIDWORKS<\/span> &gt; <span class=\"uicontrol\">Pack and Go<\/span><\/span><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/help.solidworks.com\/2016\/English\/SolidWorks\/pdmworks\/doc1292870646986.image\" alt=\"menu_Pack_and_Go.gif\" \/>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"listitem\">In SOLIDWORKS Explorer, select a SOLIDWORKS document and choose <span class=\"uicontrol\">SOLIDWORKS Pack and Go<\/span> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/help.solidworks.com\/2016\/English\/SolidWorks\/pdmworks\/doc1292869914861.image\" alt=\"\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Files that are embedded (Design Journal, for example) are part of the document and are included without being listed in the <span class=\"wintitle\">Pack and Go<\/span> dialog box.<\/p>\n<p>When you open <span class=\"uicontrol\">Pack and Go<\/span> from an Explorer, the document and its references are listed.
