Customer SupportAs well as the pro-active support services offered through our ManEdged Services Contract we are also able to offer reactive support via the telephone or Internet services.
The Customer Support Hotline, which is manned continually throughout normal working hours, provides you with a direct line to the fully qualified engineers in our Customer Support Department. Each incoming call is logged and monitored to enable on going analysis. We endeavour to resolve the majority of calls in the shortest possible time by telephone to ensure that our customers are able to continue working with the minimum delay. When a situation cannot be resolved over the telephone or using Helpdesk Express we will schedule a site visit by an Applications Consultant.
